Do you western players really consider her to be S Tier? I'm an Alisa main who competed in Japan recently and I can tell you that she is considered C Tier. Why do you struggle against her so much?

@drdoommm1746 Yeah, I'd be lying if I said a lot of Alisa mains don't cheese out to go up in rank, which is one of the reasons why they stop playing, as your opponents will start to pick up on your cheap tactics. This is why a lot of pro players look down upon ranking systems in fighting games. Everyone either cheeses or cheats their way to the top. I'm not just talking about Tekken. I'm talking about every fighting game. I'm still in the Garyu rank and I came 2nd place at a tournament recently in Japan. Same with Street Fighter 6.

Pushback moves are very important for Alisa. She has top 2 backdash. Pushback on block: df4, b1, 4, b3, d1, ws4 and d4,1+2. u2 at tip range. Pushback low on hit: db3 And then immediate backdash. If opponent presses, launch their whiff with b4,4.

The changes vs T7: magic 4 has now pushback and d4,1+2 has now pushback (and jails so it’s less risky). And u2 is a new move with massive range and slight pushback. Seems that I forgot crouch d4 in my pushback list above. That’s an important move. The biggest abare change is her power crush having a new input (ub2). It can be done from crouch. Especially great after db3, but also after b1 on block.

+1 being bait on block? It’s still just advantage on block, if I do Zafina FF2 on block I’m +1 on block, 1,3 or 1,4 is just a normal frame trap. Bait on block is rather -3 to 0

Definetly S Tier. I believe she’s a slept on character. She will probably be toned down with the new June update. We shall see tho.

All of her lows on chainsaws are unsafe so idk what people are complaining about her chainsaws being safe. Until an Alisa player shows me that other characters don’t have more BS than her then I’ll keep saying other characters have better options than her.

@@YoYoDude2696 alisa been nerfed multiple times each patch so most of her moves that was fairly safe are now launchable or open for a punish i feel most people who complain about her are low ranks so ofc she gets alot of backlash
