The move is called "Neo Bloody War" which is UF+ 2,2,2,3. There's an extended version of that move (UF+ 2,2,2,2,3), adding another punch before the knee. You have to be in snake eyes in order to get the extended version. I hope this helps :)

They changed the scaling to 90% instead of earlier 70%. Not that bad imo.
