I liked the standing 3 use, and I have always like df4 as a poke. The last kick of f2,3 and df4 look similar have similar animation. I have conditioned my opponent with f2,3 and when they get confident enough to punish the f2,3 on block (which is -10 so they have to mash or they can miss it) my df4,(delay 3) works. My technique for getting consistent delays on df4,3 is I press df4 then I press another 4, then by the tike I hit 3 it's enough time for a delay that can not be interrupted. The delay on df4,3 is kinda hard.
