Tips to improve your shoulder game: 1) Dumbell front raise 2) Dumbell lateral raise 3) Reverse fly 4) Seated military press 5) Standing dumbell/barbell shoulder press 6) B+1+2 Good Luck.

After a month break, I was planning getting back to T8 and hesitating between keeping going with Feng which was my main at release, or go for another character and start from zero.
