But it feels so oppressing playing against him, when he ha all the + frames and stands in your face. Maybe i need to lab him to see what which moves i can punish him. I know he has two kicks which are -13 and -18 frames but we will see how it goes in tekken 8.

@@squishycc9402 The Tekken series was in a dire situation to the point of Tekken 7 having to sell key features such as Frame Data as paid DLC. This causes a huge uproar back then Namco sells a feature that's free in other fighting games. Tekken 8 comes with frame data for free, unlike Tekken 7, which is why you are seeing this comment right now.

Lol its not spam if you play him correctly. His stances are dangerous and where he really hurts you. He can also sidestep from his stance to bait them. Instead of spam its pressure he's underated and thats why he pisses people off because with the wrong player they dont expect much from him until they face the right player and they cant keep up. You have forgotten his other powercrush LFF df+3,4, it is among his best moves, gives great oki options and most poeple eat it at least once. Of course lows go under it, but it is still a great move.

the right foot forward homing move is nice but i think youre overplaying its utility. having to stance switch takes like 10 frames and then the move itself is like 22 frames? thats now 32 frames of startup, which is still useable but its a lot of time to be vulnerable

you have to learn his attacks, and seeing what opportunities to duck, sidestep, etc. He has a lot of openings, and you have to take risks to get your turn back. you may have to duck, sidestep, and "dick jab"

I always thought it meant how fast a hit connects. The lower the number the slower the hit. I could be wrong

Plenty of videos explain "frame data" just looke em up. U can see the display on the bottom left in training mode For a basic guide: frames r the speed the attack, measured at the rate of 60 frames per second. Jab is the fastest attack in T8 is 10 frames, anything higher than that will be countered hit by jab. On hit or block theres a certain amount of recovery time. Jab is +1 or 2 on block, this is block stun. The opponent cant attack/has very few options during block stun u r now "plus on block". Other attacks r slower, this is "minus on block", during this time the opponent can recover and punish u. U want to be as plus as possible, I hope this was clear enough

That would be true if you input 2 in a row and the first one was blocked. Its safe on block. as in you can block before your opponents next move will land being at -7.
