Mostly clickbait. You can see that with most of these Tekken Replay vids. Some vids say Shinblade is the #1 Steve, others Knee, others JDCR, etc.

I allways wanted to play Steve because i love the plain boxing typ and his punches have such a thundering feedback. But dude... his combos were always too complicated for me or are not made for PlayStation controllers but more like for a joystick. =/
