saw this on stream. jdcr said something about steve being hard and little too fast. Probably about him not reacting to his own punishes

Idk about the best Steve but he’s certainly very good. IMO Shin & LowHigh have better Steves

I might be completely wrong but has JDCR always been the "#1" Steve? I thought other players like Knee also played him to a high standard.

Mostly clickbait. You can see that with most of these Tekken Replay vids. Some vids say Shinblade is the #1 Steve, others Knee, others JDCR, etc.
