Tekken 8 (Japanese: 鉄拳8) is an upcoming fighting game co-developed by Bandai Namco Studios and Arika and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The eighth main and tenth overall installment in the Tekken series, the game is set to be released on January 26, 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows.
Set six months after the events of Tekken 7, the game will focus on the final confrontation between father and son Kazuya Mishima and Jin Kazama, the latter of who wants to kill the former to end the chaos from their lineage.
Fist Meets Fate in TEKKEN 8. Holding a record for the longest-running video game storyline, the TEKKEN series begins a new chapter as TEKKEN 8 continues the tragic saga of the Mishima and Kazama bloodlines, and their world-shaking father-and-son grudge matches starting from 6 months after the closure of the last match. The story of Jin Kazama's growth and determination marks a new chapter in the timeless saga.

​@@lulute8 These are just random funny pictures. Why would be Yoshimitsu just seating on a random truck near Hwoarang? G-soldiers or rebels in the cafe drinking coffee with their helmets on? And of course pulverized Claduio being okay. There's nothing left out of him, heroic sacrifice is the whole point of his death scene. He could be resurrected in next games, but not just be fine after that. Also Armor King, first Kuma, Heihachi (now completely dead in Harada's words, still can be resurrected later of course) and some other characters are dead. Even Kazuya was dead and needed resurrection, not just appeared to be okay.

@@klockenberg2299 The problem is that they literally aimed Claudio's scene to be like a sacrifice, as in, he gives his life to give Kazuya a handicap. Showing him at the end makes zero sense.

In the 'good' ending (which I assume to be the canonical one), an image is shown where Zafina looks over her shoulder and sees Claudio show up behind her. So, yes, he is probably still alive, also because the Zafina X Claudio lore can have many interesting developments in the future.

​@@pierociccioli2917 they only showed the feet part as far as I remember. It may be someone from Claudio's group of exorcists and will be replacing him in future games.

However, from a purely visual communication point of view, I think Namco would have confirmed his death, showing instead of that image something like Zafina mourning for him in the coliseum, in a Lisa-Lisa X Caesar style. I rather think that Zafina, in a semi-conscious state, teleported him somewhere else just before Devil Kazuya's beam hit him. In any case, your interpretation also makes sense, it wouldn't be the first time that a Tekken character is replaced by hers/his disciple/heir (e.g. King, Armor King, Kuma) who shares the same moveset and fighting style, in order to not let the lore affect the pure gameplay.
