This song is the reason why i want to live and stand up for myself and others is because i had depression and anxiety after making dumb mistakes in the past since i was 19 when i said to my friend that i wanted to kill myself and writing my own mistakes, through my 20s, had stalking problems which wanting me to kill myself, made threats to my friend which i didn't mean to and i was feeling sad about it while i was at Sydney in March but sometimes you gotta forgive yourself in the end, and now I'm trying to do something right by doing the push up challenge mental health and help someone i know and others with depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. I'm 32, i play Rugby in Australia and a self-motivated person. We all have made stupid mistakes but we overcome our past everyday. That's what makes us stronger, not on your own, but by others that supports you.
