Man, you're pretty damn good on your defense, do you have any tips to improve at blocking, side stepping and counterhits? Maybe a reaction training... I'm at red ranks and my defense is shit lmao

Defense is something that comes with time. I'm always looking out for the lows while maintaining a short distance... after some time you can figure it out and see some lows by reaction time.
