Bro massive thanks to you for informing us early about the sudden leaks and telling us to take precautions. As a tekken fan who has been deeply anticipating this game for almost 3 years and currently unable to afford it, it would be a huge disaster for it all to be ruined by those unconcerned assholes. Thankfully i've enjoyed watching the story mode and the feeling is as much delightful as expected.

The Bad Ending is giving me Paper Mario flashbacks. Also, I'm probably alone on this one, but in the 'good' ending I don't think Kazuya is dead. Well... Jin left him for dead, and maybe he'll eventually recover. One thing's for certain, Kazuya won't be the same again.

jin is not angel He only transformed into Angel Jin. I don't know Angel's story in Tekken but I know she's not Jin.

Jin’s ending (Hope) is the canon one. it follows naturally when you defeat Kazuya and get that ending, you actually have to lose the final match against Kazuya to unlock his ( Despair ) ending

I wonder we can get Jin using hybrid tekken 3 and kazama counter playable in game really. Its feel so good while its not as versatile compared to OG tekken8 jin with devil powers. Its a really good nostalgia + those who still remember iconic older series Jin moveset. Same as angel and true devil kazuya lol. Angel have simplified devil jin moveset plus many combo spams lol.

I like how Lars tanked True Devil Kazuya's deadly laser blast, Lars was able not just to withstand it, but able to bring a PTSD to Kazuya. It's like Lars sharing something with Heihachi, not just remembering that battle, but something that Kazuya hates the most. Like the resemblance. From my point of view, Heihachi never hated Lars, but never liked him either. After all, Lars was a proof that Heihachi don't have any devil genes, that Heihachi was afraid, that he's might be a devil himself. Heihachi wanted Lars as a proof, that he's human. I really like how devs made Lars as a hero version of Heihachi. More valiant, with heart, and much kind personality. Many hated Lars when he was released in Tekken 6, but now he's a part of Tekken))))) what's more interesting, i thought Lars would betray and kill Jin, cuz he shared same mindset with Heihachi of the devils to be killed, cuz they brings destruction. Maybe he thought about and changed his mind. I still remember how he promised to Journalist that he want to kill Jin. However, now i see that Lars changed his mind. But netherless, i was wrong. Especially the fact that he protected Jin from second large laser from Kazuya, that most likely Lars would not withstand it for sure, but he still decided to become a sacrafice. To be frank, that scene scared the s&$t out of me, thought devs would let him die... Glad that didn't happen, cuz he's my main... To think they made Jin gone through redemption arc this good. I like how Devil Jin portraied as a seperate entity with his own opinion. Making him look the way, the gameplay addressed him to be. Very savage, and simple. Also making him remember for what he did back in Tekken 6 canon story-wise. That's truly one of the Jin's best sins Devil Jin making his original to remember. Since he was no different from Kazuya that day. And the greatest enemy for Jin, was Jin imself. Devil Jin, IS Jin Kazama after all. He saw, he felt, he knew and knows it. Devil Jin knew it all of what Jin felt for all these years, and Jin didn't even knew what a mess he made of himself. And Antares OST from Tekken 5, Tekken 6 Throne Hall OST, and TTT2 Snow Castle OST... That's one awesome choices i respect))))) Also a personal opinion, the chains that was bind him, i think Jin was the one who made them, cuz he always rejected his devil's blood. If he would choose to understand it's nature, he would be in control over it. But he decided not to. There is so many Rage Arts that was made for Story Mode only... Angel Jin became like this, only cuz of Kazama's seal. Jun have the power of purification, and thus from it's bloodline, Devil Jin became an Angel Jin. However... Angel is just a name, cuz he's still literally Devil in it's form. I'd say, he's more of a holy devil. Cuz he's have horns in forms of a feather. I made a guess that the land from final battle, was same land that was made in the stratosphere stage, and i was correct. What i find fascinating in Kazuya's fight against Jin, and his ending, is that Kazuya without devil genes, is still same Kazuya. The prime Kazuya in Tekken 2, and 4 before fusing with the devil, was the same prime Kazuya. I remember people who believed that Kazuya wouldn't even dare to kill his son, or even wouldn't hurt him, was wrong. Recently i believed that may be true about Kazuya before he was fused with the devil, but appears it was much more simple that i thought. He would kill his son without hesitation, regardless with, or without devil genes. After all, he says if he still intend to face Kazuya without his devil genes, he's still intend to kill Jin, his own son. Fun fact: If you take a look at final battle when fight started against Kazuya, you'll noticed that Jin had chains with his icons, but not Kazuya, cuz Kazuya have no doubt, nor denile that Jin had. These chains will appear again, and again in every fight. They will break, once you use Heat State, or Rage Art. When Jin uses Jun's style, and her techniques, Jin was a bit feminine, that somewhat break his character. They should've made it a bit different animation style. I know it was made only for showing that he's cherrish her, but it's somewhat off. Funny, that if QTE at the final battle won't be triggered on purpose, Jin will become hella weak, if he won't do it, making it easier to get a Kazuya ending. But what if you try to test your might against Kazuya this way, that would be too hard to fight like this on highest difficulty. That would be extremely difficult, but legendary))) 44:17 As a Jun fan, i recognize, as many too, who's standing close to Kazuya))) I'll be completely frank... Reina rises ultimately MANY QUESTIONS!!!

"It's like Lars sharing something with Heihachi" Lars is Heihachi son with other woman then Kazumi (thats why he does not have devil gen), he is Mishima bloodline and have Heihachi hair partly, so if he stands up against Kazuya his resplendence comes out ant triggers Kazuya as it similar situation. Lars situation makes Reina and her having devil gen even bigger mystery as she is too young to be (at least naturally) Kazumi dauther and inherent devil gen as she clearly younger then Jin (that might be reason why they made her call him sepami to signify that)

True, Angel JIn is still technically True Devil JIn. However can argue that we haven't actually seen the _real_ True Devil Jin because he is altered by the Kamaza's power much like Kazuya's True Devil Form is enhanced by Azazel as we have seen the base true from in Tekken 7 during his fight with Heihachi.

So, if Reina is Heihachi's daughter, thenhow does she have the Devil Gene? She couldn't have inherited it from him because Heihachi didn’t have the Devil Gene. It came from his wife. She would have to be a Hachijo.

The new lore in Tekken 8 is that Azazel bestowed the Devil Gene to multiple clans, the Hachijo being one of them; probably the woman Heihachi conceived Reina with was from one of these other clans.
