Its basically not just innate talent, like what is your reaction speed of reading peoples actions, how fast you pick up characters moves etc its progressive learning that becomes true skill that allows you to improve. Its literally like learning any skill or topic

I’ll have to check for your streams

Anyone can improve. This is the thing... nobody wants to put the effort, it's really that simple. I've been playing Tekken since Tekken 3, playing JIn since that time. Now I didn't take Tekken seriously I spent most of my time in practice mode and learning characters and what I can and cannot do, mastered Jin's frames an understood his character completely. I started actually playing online and locals seriously are TTT2 skipped Revolution but dabbled with it and then Tekken 7 and so on. A lot of players focus so much on attacking, been the case for years before Tekken 8. Playing out of frames and just not paying attention to their opponent entirely, flow charting some call it. Yes every character can flow chart; means to do it repetitively and in the same junction this is what leads you to being read. Once you're read now you don't know what to do anymore and begin to panic completely. Reactions is a muscle, training your brain to comprehend and react, this alone can be hindered by lack of sleep, not eating healthy, etc.
@priincelegiit2 күн бұрын
@jinexodus8879 exactly 💯 you just gave me an idea for a future upload I'll call it "how to avoid Flowcharting" buy yes most flowcharts are caused not just by muscle memory but also seeing the flowchart work on too many lower skilled players to the point they can't turn it off when fighter higher tier opponents
@jinexodus88792 күн бұрын
@ Exactly. Glad I can help. See it become the downfall of players, even pro players fall to it. Thanks for all that you do.

Ltg has the right message from the worst possible messenger
@priincelegiit2 күн бұрын
@scizorbullet8185 yeah he's infamous personality makes it hard for alot of people to digest his feedback on topics but I'm glad he didn't insult the streamer
@egodrive3 күн бұрын
Well, LTG is hard stuck blue even with all the handholding. LTG should also know better on how to improve since he's been playing tekken for much longer than a year, that's why people are calling him out. He's not putting in the work, so him calling weibo out who has been putting in the work to get to GoD is kinda hypocritical. And even if his only point was that tekken 8 is easier than previous tekken's, then why hasn't he reached GoD yet? Tekken 8 might be the easiest tekken but it's still hard getting to GoD. So grats to anyone making it to GoD. Don't be a jealous mf and downplay the achievement.
@priincelegiit3 күн бұрын
@egodrive yup I said my congrats to him keep in mind I have nothing against both players weibo put in the time like I said in this video he focused on what's NEEDED to improve Ltg could learn from that, but I also acknowledge his comment on the game being easier to play I'm just acknowledging both players hopefully Ltg can improve without downplaying others too much which is why I ranted on people gaslighting other tekken players it's too much
@priincelegiit3 күн бұрын
But in all honesty I might do a reaction video to Ltg RUN to God, I don't personally think he was trying to insult weibo but he did come off as a downplayer I'm trying to be positive so I'm hoping Ltg will improve since it might get more players into tekken like I said in the video if ltg focused on what the streamer focused on he too could be God of destruction *positive space here*
@egodrive3 күн бұрын
@@priincelegiit Can I just suggest that you lower your in-game sound a bit, sometimes it's hard to hear what you're saying, but yea go for it. And yea, I hope LTG gets to GoD too because it might show him that Tekken 8 is still hard, you still have to put in the work. Keep it up man, have been enjoying your stuff.

LordKnight said it best, thanks to the internet and fightings blowing up that there is many more skilled players so naturally the skill floor has been slowly going up that just because someone isnt a pro player they will legit get downplayed for their skill. Like dog, I've been playing fighting games for decades and just hit the red ranks. But yeah, i understand what you said: "Most people aren't that good," but I think that phrase was the wrong phase. Online play just exposes to more tgan the usual FGC playerbase where it's people playing for the love of the game and getting better versus the 80% casual player base that will buy it because its new and tbh the most fun ive had with a modern tekken. Now, if we want to have some crazy takes, because the skill floor between tournament play and non tournament play is almost blurred. Niggas will hit something like blue and think they are moving weight and should be the voice of the game....while its not new, it made realize that being a FGC creator isnt about skill as much as it is about personality. But nah we gotta stop with the hand holding allegations, we need to stop acting like us fighting game players didnt crawl out the trenches just to find other people who could do more than just move and mash buttons. If scaling back, the difficulty means the overall skill floor has gone up, which means that there are more high-level players now. That's a win overall for the community.

@larrywoolfolk8224 I agree lord knight was right on the money I think if alot of newer good players traveled back in time and competed against some OGs they would be considered gods I agree as this genre gets more popular and internet exposure we will have so many more better players imagine what the Fgc could look like in 20 years? Ltg aside I hope everybody continues to grow in these games appreciate ur comment G!

Well I use it guy or combos punishment my plus and minus frames as for also watching what the top players do and don’t do
@renepaulitsch5057Күн бұрын
i only learn the moves in training mode. playing improvised and much from muscle memory… but i think going into frame data is going too deep and i think doing this is cancerous! the problems i see is that there are too much juggle combos possible and that you often cant do anything because you cant even get up and get hit constantly. also that the game (and earlier ones) forces people to play aggressive because when you dont - youre the one whos getting juggled and destroyed without the chance of turning the tables. so in short the one who is faster, make pressure and can react faster and guess right against opponent is going to win the matches.
@priincelegiitКүн бұрын
@renepaulitsch5057 I wouldn't say frame data is too deep it's very easy to understand but I do recommend people learn the Game at a pace best suited for them since people get busy with work/life alot of times learn at a convenient pace for each player
@renepaulitsch5057Күн бұрын
@ you got me wrong. going into frame data is going too deep into the system. therefore i see it as cancerous. frame data shouldnt be known and exploitet. its nothing that was supposed to be known and its like using glitches etc… also its a game for fun actually and not some studying for diploma or breaking world records etc. its kind of fanatic wanting to be so good in the game that you have to use such detailed data to improve.
