Just for the Kazuya one: Back in Tekken 1 the characters had bios that explain a bit about them and on Kazuya it said one of his hobbies is collecting sneakers So it’s been a running joke by fans for years that Kazuya is a sneaker head and they made it a reality lol

The way the character episodes are is actually how the story mode used to be back in the PS2 days. A short intro, a number of fights and an epilog which is rarely canon. Actual story modes started with Tekken 6.

You don't pick your main intentionally, certain characters just speak to you for no reason 😂 then you naturally pick them up

I personally liked a lot of these endings. Jin being my favorite because we get to see him in a cute goofy light and in a setting he’s always wanted. To just have his mom back in his life. Tugged my heart. But some fans understandably don’t like when their favorite character is used for nothing but jokes. Like Paul and Law for example. That’s one of the bad things about Tekken lore. If someone is not a main character, they tend to get narratively shafted. Looking forward to the “Insane Lore of Tekken” video!

As a Law fan, I wouldn't mind Law being played as a fool in Bryan's and Lili's ending (afterall it's fairly common for a character to be beaten in someone else's ending. Steve in King's, Kazuya in Reina's, Bryan' in Yoshi's) so long as he's done seriously in his own ending. Like I get that they're comedic characters but it really sucks constantly seeing Law and Paul lose

[spolier for story mode] *Fun fact:* Claudio (most likely) does NOT die in the story mode. He just gets hit by the very same blast that we later also failes to kill several other people like Reina and Lars. In the epilogue we can also see Zafina looking back at to where in the corner of the screen is a white pants leg. Most likely Claudio's.

Alisa's ending is so funny 😂 by the way in Tekken 6, Lars and Alisa are the main characters of the story mode and we follow them on their journey it's so fun actually

Kind of a miss interpretation but Leo was designed as a woman very early in development. I think ppl get confused because they don't get that was in the idea stage where nothing is finalized. It's really just they threw around ideas before settling on the character being androgynous. Feel like that's another misconception. Leo is supposed to be an androgynous character, not a non-binary one as far as i know. I guess the distinction is a small one but it's more letting the person that is looking at them to decide what they see, not for some dev to assigning them any gender as that just defeats the purpose of the character. Kind of worked though. I guess the games where Leo was refered to as a he or she was also a mistake and was never intended and seeing it flip like that i guess it worked. Just mentioning it because Leo is a bit of a design trope i've seen before and it clashes a bit with current norms so it's confusing. If they said Leo was non-binary that would be great but they are always coy and there is no hints throughout the series. Leo is Leo.
