real tekken players rarely use grab cause the real tekken players they play against can break grab. if you know your opponent has a weakness or your are already winning you will most definitely use a grab to test them. if hits you spam that shit again. the only reason to not use grab is if you really really show your hand till even a weak player expects it.

I'll assume you're also a Genbu and played ranked against Genbu Capos. If that's the case then unless you're boosting wins you should have some pretty good knowledge about Tekken, which means that fighting Capo players shouldn't be too hard. I won't deny that they're not annoying to fight, but they're in no way overpowered. They've been in the game since Tekken 3 and people still believe all they do is spam. Study their moves in practice mode. It helps.

What the fuck is trolling ? Is that some gay online slang or something ? Real Tekken players play you straight up and rarely grab because there's no skill in grabbing ! Most cheap players grab to get alot of damage and to set you up for juggles after the grab which are guaranteed plus damage ! Alot of them grab on desperation mode and it's so clear to see that !
