There is another person other than Big Mom. Remember Bobby Funk. Sai's brother (forget his name) hit him with his Axe which was infused with Armament Haki, and his Axe shattered. I think Bobby is just like Big Mom. The only difference is Bobby never wants to fight, and so he never tries to get stronger. Whereas Big Mom was a serious pirate, (even joined the Rocks Pirates), so her invulnerable body got even stronger.
