I don’t know why I’m thinking about D&D, but I have a feeling you’d like Azgaar’s Fantasy Map Generator. For each region you can dictate the type of government. It was kind of eye-opening for me to see all the types of governments. I did my share of research down a rabbit hole through each of the types after seeing the generator. Anyway, DND GOOD..
