Caution on that ReachAdjustment screw.. Remember every time you bleed your brakes, back that screw up as far as possible (counter clockwise) If you don't eventually, you will turn clockwise to make the reach correct, and the screw (which is really the rod attached to the piston/plunger in the lever reservoir) will fall into the housing of the lever.. The only way to get that little Adjustment screw out of the housing is to sent it into Tektro in Ogden Ut, and have it repaired ($30).. and once it falls inside, it jams up the action and the lever will not depress the fluid to make your brakes work. Remember, if you turn in the adjustment screw on occasion, back it off all the way, before you begin to bleed your brakes..

Hey J n J... if you make the first timestamp you list 00:00 Shenanigans it should populate the timestamps on the timeline... (unless you have any music copyright queries pending. You should be able to edit/change the titles time...) • Make sure that the first timestamp you list starts with 00:00. • Your video should have at least three timestamps listed in ascending order. • The minimum length for video chapters is 10 seconds.

@@WOLFTICKVIDEOS Looks great now. and you get the thumbnails at the bottom of the description. I found out that if you get a copyright strike (like i did on my 'Back in the 80's when Scarlett Johansson was in the band Bros" video, you can loose the titles on your videos for 3 months... but then I got another strike for using Space 1999 theme in 'Makara North Face 2021' and didn't loose them... Ahh the computer world.. Consistent in its inconsistencies ! . One of the reason I gave up being an IT Tech and became a Maintenance engineer... (Jack of all trades, master of none)

Funny intro. It's like two Alpha males trying to establish their dominance. I used the foam grips previously and liked them but they were easily damaged in a crash, so I replaced them with rubber grips. Hydraulic brakes are fine, but when I ride from my house, I hit very high speeds going down this steep long hill and the mechanical brakes seem to stop me pretty well. Yes, I have the use two or 3 fingers, but they work. Where can I go to see Wolfman's photographs? Here's a show idea for you. Cheap MTB Challenge. Get a couple of your viewers that like to work on bikes (so you have three people). Each uses $150 or maybe $175 to purchase a used bike and make repairs and upgrades with whatever money they have left over. Test the bikes at the Cat's Meow (or another trail) and see who made out the best. This is like an MTB version of a Top Gear challenge. It could make for some interesting moments.
@WOLFTICKVIDEOS2 жыл бұрын
You are a wise man. Your wisdom really shows on this comment. I will probably put up a couple of pics in a future episode, but not 100% my call😉. As far as the Top Gear inspired idea goes, in our experiences it would be a nightmare to rely on people other than ourselves to be able to get that done in a orderly fashion, but it sounds great😉😆. We are actually huge Top Gear fans and have used a little inspiration from the show here and there. Thanks for the continued support, it really means a lot to us🥰👍

@@WOLFTICKVIDEOS Jere, no sweat, really. I run my own guitar repair business for the last 45 years. I advertise on craigslist daily where I always show the guitars I've been working on. I think many players come to me just so they can see their guitars on my bench in my craigslist ads. It's a big deal to them, which I can totally understand. I used to think it was all about ego, but it's really about connection as people vest themselves in the things they have chosen. I definitely do and I think that's what it means to me. Again, it's no biggie, really, but I do find it funny that I am totally no different from my customers. Thanks for all you do, my bike and I really appreciate it.

That was The Tick answering as me for some reason. Man I'm good, I have had a lifetime of people telling me that I'm doing it wrong😆. We have always referred to it as the "butt syndrome"🤣. You hear things like, "your boys are so good, but you need to go easier on them". Or stuff like, "you think your kids like you, but when they turn 18, they are moving far away from you". My all time favorite is probably, "those Cullum boys are so nice, but their dad is an a$$h0le"🤣. The truth is, The Tick is extremely hard to deal with sometimes and he knows it, but we are best friends and not just father and son. It might not work for lots of people, but it works for us. Don't worry he gives as much as he gets, it's just y'all don't see it because he does most of the editing😉😆. Hopefully you and your little Tick have a good relationship when he gets older. I see lots of parents and kids grow apart and not in a good way if you know what I mean. Thanks man👍

9:22 whats that e bike looking thing for and when is it going to have a video made about it
@WOLFTICKVIDEOS2 жыл бұрын
Haha I think you are the first person to catch that🥇. It's a cheap little ebike that we got this summer. We filmed the unboxing and part of the Initial Impressions when we were in Missouri at Carson Brook's. We haven't decided if we are just going to put it on our Patreon or if it will make it into a episode on KZbin. I was riding it on a opener from this summer when we raced and I won.🤣

Those large diameter Tektro rotors vibrate against the brake pads when you hit a bump and rattle. Very annoying.
@purplegarage052 жыл бұрын
Tektro seems to have alot of cheap entry level brakes but from what I've heard they're all just a but less powerful than mt200s
@WOLFTICKVIDEOS2 жыл бұрын
Man not too sure yet, just got a comment earlier saying they are an upgrade form them?? I guess we will all find out:) Thanks Budget MTB always look forward to your comments man:)

Man if there is shame in using spacers then I guess I should be hiding under a rock. But my feeling is if the other guys can see your spacers then you ain't riding hard enough.

DAMN GOOD POINT!!!! The only stopping I do is to see what I BROKE!!! LOL Thanks Pulga
@johnchristopher50752 жыл бұрын
Are these Tektro brakes two potters or four potters. The Tektro brakes which came shipped with my Giant Fathom E+3 pro were a utter piece of crap.
@WOLFTICKVIDEOS2 жыл бұрын
These are 2 potters:/ But we did review them John (on Ragnarok) and we can say the video will be out in a few weeks with some pretty good stopping power for the money:)
@DhimaRider2 жыл бұрын
Tektros makes entry level brakes better than shimano .. but their expensive brakes are bad
@WOLFTICKVIDEOS2 жыл бұрын
🤔hmm I'm not sure that I can agree on that if MT200's are considered entry level. We like Tektro just fine but if they are the same price as the MT200, I think it's a no brainer to go Shimano. The Tick just chimed in and agreed with me, although he thought that Tektro has it's good points as well. Thanks man👍

I have used it. Awful brakes, dont waste ur money. I had it in the rear wheel and it was stupidly spongy.
@FlorinCalisthenics Жыл бұрын
these brakes are terrible, they don't have any modulation, they squeak, the braking force is very weak, the shimano mt200 are much better
