you mean Tiger from mid 90's who wrote "my puppet pal" etc....they just didn't fit into Brit pop did they with their fuzzy guitars and sadly split in '99...i saw them a couple of times and i have recently seen Telegram..gotta say i didn't immediately make the Tiger connection but you've got a point...i think a fuzzier version of 13th Floor Elevators is what they are about
