Nag apply ako sa TP, napasa ko initial interview and the assessment. Pagdating sa final exam naligwak ako😢 dahil sa interviewer, ang sama ng ugali napakasungit magsalita at ginaya pa niya the way ako magsalita nakalimutan niya mag mute ng mic niya ( online progress application) dahil dun nasaktan ako hindi na ako nakapagfocus dahil sa inasal niya, nakaka offend. Syempre newbie lang naman ako kaya di ko maiwasan na mag (uhm). After the recorded interview nagsorry siya sa inasal niya. Sana makita ng head niya ugali na pinakita niya, kasi kahit may position na siya hindi dapat siya ganun sa ibang tao lalo na kung bago pa lang naman sa industriyang to.

Saw your video yesterday and I applied today luckily tanggap agad ako and we will start our training wednesday nextweek. Thank you sa tips btw sa tp davao sad ko sm. Infairness sa kanilang interviewer ang bait na mental block pa ako sa sobrang kaba at the end she said she saw some potentials in me. Dun sa assessment na part mas prefer ko ang vxi sobra ang time sa tp hindi ko nasagutan last two questions kasi out of time na sa last part. I spontaneously applied at Transcom last Wed, a first yr college undergraduate w/ no experience.. I passed the initial interview and assessment but failed in the final interview 🥲 It was spontaneous and my first time applying for a job (I was bored due to vacation) and didn't expect there would be a mock call.. or at least, I expected there would be a call flow so I was chill. But there wasn't 😔 Hahahahah I sucked at the mock call lol. Also, I answered "in the future" when asked if I will continue to study so I think it was also a red flag

Then binigyan ako ng isang situation if ever sa voice account ka, tapos nag book ung 2 foreigner na mag asawa tapos ung pupuntahan nilang place ay fully booked na at my suggest ka na ibang place nalang pero ung place nayun is napuntahan na nila. Kaya mas want nila nang place na binooked nila. Then paano mo cla ma convinced na doon padin magpunta. Example ung interviewer yun tumawag. Kaya medyo na short ako sa mga english words ko. 😅 ✌️ Pero kung sa tagalog marami akong masasabi. Sa Englishan lang ako medyo ngiwe. 😅✌️🤙🏻

Worst bpo company. Management are not responsive about the questions or clarrifications they did'nt care about their employees. I withdraw my job offer because I'm looking for non voice then they gave me voice account 😅 I asked 3 times the recuiters to confirm the account if non voice and they said yes😅 Training scheduled always postponed and cancelled from the whole month of march wtf🤨 They are not organized. Even the medical exam is not covered by the company 😅

Akala ko po covered ng company ang medical exam, lahat po kasi ng call center na napasukan ko sila nagcover ng medical exam, binigyan lang nila ako ng referral sa clinic then pinasa ko mga requirements.

Pero medyo nakakainis nga po si tp kasi di nila masabi agad if nakapasa or hindi, pinahintay pa ako ng call for final interview, then makalipas ang ilang araw nakatag pala ako sa failed validation interview. Yung nagvalidation interview pa ang nagpaantay sa akin ng call for final interview. Dapat kasi if failed sabihin agad para di na magexpect ang applicant. Yung lang ang diko nagustuhan sa hiring process nila.
