Back when Rimuru met Ramiris she mentioned that she was currently a tiny fairy because she was the reincarnation of the Queen of Spirits and that before she was reborn and she was still at the peak of her powers the dryads used to serve her but they didn't know she was reborn. Then when Veldora was released and Rimuru introduced him to everybody, Treyni welcomed him back to the forest of Jura and thanked him for taking the dryads in when they had nowhere to go (after their master Ramiris died). That is to say, they've now been reunited with Ramiris and that's why they love her so much and it looks like they fell head over heels for her for no reason. They had already served her previous incarnation for a long time and they know who she is. In the images shown when Eren told Rimuru about the legend of the girl who became a Demon Lord and revived her dragon you can see that the girl is Milim and that one of the people interacting with her looks like Ramiris if she was human sized. So it's implied she's not lying about how back in the day she was so powerful she could actually beat up Veldora, even if she's nowhere near his level these days.

The remaining episodes of Slime Season 2 are good enough to rank this series among the best isekai series every made !!! Another recent Villainess Isekai series you should consider watching has the English title of "Villainess Level 99: I May Be The Hidden Boss But I’m Not The Demon Lord". Original Japanese title is "Akuyaku Reijou Level 99". Thanks to Truck-kun, a young girl regains her memory of playing the game and discovers she's the final hidden evil boss who must be killed. There was around 160 thousand Orc left after the war (or 180 thousand, i forgot which number). And Rimuru has to name them all. Every. Single. One. He divided them in 10 groups depending on where they would live and gave each a codenames (like mountain, desert, etc). Then (iirc) he would use that as a base and next would use letters. Like DesertA, DesertB. After getting to Z, he would add numbers. Like DesertA1, DesertA2. And continue using combination of the two (i forget if he started with to letters first or numbers first, but for so many he had to use combination of both). The named Orc would later have kids and they themselves would come up with names (and iirc their name became a family name to continue passing on Rimurus blessing).

Yes, the Hobgoblins who had been serving under Benimaru up until that point wished so much to be like him, and he wished to grow his own clan, so when the Harvest Festival was giving out gifts....this was the gift given to the Kurenai - to evolve into Ogres like their leader whom they respected and admired so much, and grant him his wish of once again growing the Ogre Clan to size.

With the upcoming of Walpurgis, we need to sum up what we currently know about the 10 Great Demon Lords. In the order of series appearance we have... Leon Cromwell. who summoned the child, and Rimuru's destined girl named Shizu, in a failed attempt to summon a specific child individual. The kids from Freedom Academy, who Rimuru saved by embedding high level spirits into, were also involved in a Leon Cromwell attempt to summon this individual, but due to circumstances, it is still not known if this attempt succeeded or failed. Clayman appears in several scenes but has yet to be met by Rimuru. He appears to be pulling the strings for plots that directly effect Rimuru and the Monster Federation of Tempest, starting with the Ord Disaster arc. Next to appear is Milim, who is subject to discussion in the following episode, is Milim. That Fairy Tale that led to Rimuru deciding to become a Demon Lord is confirmed in the Recap episode 36.5 (and up to now, no where else) to be Milim's backstory. Harpy Queen Frey briefly appears when Milim talks about investigating Rimuru and Tempest, but doesn't has a major role until the capture of Carrion. Beastmaster Carrion is the next to appear. Last heard, (seen off screen) having his throat cut (but not confirmed) and taken to Clayman's territory. Fate remains unknown. The former, fallen Fairy Queen, and Fairy of the Labyrinth Rameris appears towards the end of 1st season in the saving the kids story arc, to embed the kids with powerful spirits. She is now a powerful Demon Lord ally for Rimuru. This leaves the leader of the Demon Lord group, and 3 other Demon Lords to be introduced during the runup and introduction of Walpurgis. There are some unresolved plot points that don't seem important now, but become very important later., so keep a eye on them. The Hero (who sealed Veldora) and the Mask. In 1st Season episode 24, the Primodial Noir, who was later named Diablo stated that the Mask was outside of Time with no beginning or end, which implies that the Future and Past Mask are the same Mask. We first see the Mask worn by the Hero when Veldora was sealed. The Mask was eventually given to Shizu. When Shizu died and consumed by Rimuru, he got the Mask, and he gave it to Chloe when he left his teaching position to return to Tempest. Related to this is who triggered a reaction from Veldora while still sealed inside Rimuru. Veldora gave a reaction, (go back and look.) when Rimuru first met Chloe. He also gave a reaction, (again, go look) when Rimuru met the Spiritual Being from the Future with Immense power, who briefly turned into a vision of the Hero (who sealed Veldora) but without the Mask, kissed Rimuru, then embedded herself in the body of Chloe.

Too many spoilers, you've clearly read the LNs or something....you're giving way too much. We don't know any of that information about Leon at this point, besides that he summoned Shizu and said 'another failure', we don't know of any connections to the Children, and you're emphasizing the reactions and spelling out what they were to. Ick....let them figure it out and enjoy it on their own, please

This seems to be a characteristic of the Slime story in general, is that something that is given and is easily forgettable, turns out that much much later turns out to be of crucial importance.
