You know what Teletoon should do? They should make a new channel with MOST of the old shows that used to air on their channel. They should also include the old bumpers. It would be awesome for ALL the 90s kids/babies, and everyone would be happy. Kids today would have the unwatchable Teletoon, whereas we would have the old and awesome Teletoon with ALL the good shows!

Honestly, I wish that Teletoon would bring the good old shows back. I remember watching Atomic Betty, Carl Square, 6Teen and other shows between 1999 and 2009 (childhood). Kids today will never get the chance to see the REAL shows from Teletoon. Yes, from time to time, Teletoon airs old shows from when Teletoon was the shit. I was glad Teletoon Retro came around, though. R.I.P. Teletoon 1997-2009

While I was more of a YTV kid growing up and I was losing interest in Teletoon near the 2010s, there were still a few shows that I enjoy in this era like Total Drama Island, Johnny Test, Wayside and Splicec (the latter is one of the biggest inspirations for my passion project show). A part of me is going to miss Teletoon and all it did for Canadian kids of my time.

Once Corus took over the channel was history, Teletoon wasn't broken like 6teen and Total Drama Island had Series Finales because it matched Teletoons young adult demographic.

Of course, because majority of these shows are made in Canada. Sorry about that. I am 17 and I like Grojband, 6teen... Yes, some shows are pretty bad now i get that. It's 2017, this generation doesn't know how to make good shows anymore. At least Grojband and 6teen have what we don't anymore, morals - well Grojband sort of does it in a weird way but the point is that I know people don't like that in shows anymore. Sure Grojband's songs are cheesy and 6teen can be silly, but we can get a good laugh at it. sometimes we just want to watch something stupid just to forget life for a while. I am sure many other people have a show they like to watch even if it is sappy. And I feel that Teletoon is slacking of, I can agree on you with that. And sorry you feel that way.

I heard that it was a rebranding, they shut down Teletoon retro though. Shows just aren’t as good anymore, because of lack of creativity, and lack of action, it’s all about the numbers and, about the money, and I feel that when the money came in, the love of the job died. I don’t wanna sound pessimistic, but I feel we’re gonna go into an age of conformity, because of the lack of originality and critical thinking being thrown out the window.

tho spider riders wasn't an original made by teletoon productions. it might have been dubbed by them but it wasn't made by teletoon. it was originally an anime made in japan. lol but THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for making this!!!!! i was looking for the name for skyland for MONTHS!! idk but i recently finished watching Oban Star-Racers (not from teletoon but still mentioning it) and there was this one scene that made me remember another scene from skyland. i couldn't remember what the show was called and didn't remember where it came from; but from my flashback i was p sure it might be a french animation. GloomyHarukaYT Actually Spider Riders is a joint project between Teletoon and an animation company in Japan. This is not uncommon for Teletoon as they frequently do international collaborations. I good example is Totally Spies, Bromwell High or Planet Sketch. Cybersix is an extreme example, having the original work from Argentina, the writing and development in Canada and the animation in Japan.

I'm not sure for the years, but there were also other really good shows that you forgot to tell like Naruto, Bakugan, Totally Spies (yes, I watched it, but anyway, it was still good for a little girl like me), Star wars the clone wars (amazing show to me, but the new one with the republic is kind of bad) Ben Ten (nice one too, not the omnivore one), ninja go (I personally really loved it), sixteen (even if it wasn't really a show for a 7 years old kid though), the batman and again... But as i said, I don't remember the dates when they were put on the tv but I know that there were part of my childhood.
