people if you see someone drowning don't put yourselves in harms way. If you can stay from far and stretch out a stick do that because you can still drown even if you are the greatest diver. Too much untimely/unnecessary deaths. Condolences to the family.

My condolences to the families of the two people who lost their lives! When you go to the sea or river, be observant and use common sense. And security should alert the people if it is raining up stream not to go into the water because of flashfloods. I agree with the uncle; they should have proper security in place. In America, when there is strong current at a certain beach, they closed off the beach. But that doesn't stop stubborn people from doing what they want.
