Telford AC 10K FULL RACE VIDEO with GOPRO // Lifetime personal best run age 61 // 10K TREADMILL RUN

Welcome to the FULL UNEDITED Telford AC 10k race from Wave 2 on 11th December 2022, which you can use as a treadmill run video for those who like to do treadmill runs or helps to pass the time whilst doing your treadmill run.
In this video i achieved a lifetime personal best time of 37:48 at age 61, despite the freezing conditions and running whilst it was snowing. According to race records, this was first time it has snowed during the race.
What great epic adventure memories we make, yes?

Huge well done, superb time, especially considering the weather! I wanted to ask what you use to make the pov footage so smooth? I have a chest mount and an action camera but the footage I get is always very shaky, or maybe it's just the way I run lol, but massive well done you completely smashed it!

@@PoetWithPace - No just jog for fun, and occasional parkrun although do cover 10k distance and enjoy it. In my youth many years ago I briefly got down to 6min miles for shorter distances and remember it hurt then. Thought maybe one or two of those ahead of you might have already qualified or that you might have a go at another qualifying race (thought there was one at Regents Park on 8th January )
