I got an email for interview from Allied bank, in email it was mentioned that you must have bachelors transcript. I recenty completed my msc degree, I have Msc transcript but I only have my BSc marksheet, I dont have transcript/degree of bsc. Will this create a problem for me in interview?

That's wonderful. If you have M.Sc. Transcript then you don't need B.Sc. Marksheet. I'll recommend you to appear in the interview with all those documents and their copies which you have right now.
