When she asked him what he'll do if he saw someone take the money he gave the wrong answer. First of all, tell management right away. Second of all, do not let the thief know that you know. The reason is the person might stop for a couple days/months and then be back again. They need to do an investigation seeing what the teller is taking. I know this because I have a background in loss prevention.

Yall, i have been through so many of these and have only been successful once due to having references. While it’s still important to be prepared for these kinds of interviews, its mostly about who you know than what you know. I only lasted four and a half months due to some mistakes that were made that i tried to improve on and numerous member complaints. After 6 months of being on unemployment, and applying for several jobs, ive not been successful. And just recently had an interview with another bank and even with just 4 months of experience, i still didnt get the job! Its very frustrating cuz i want to be in banking but after this as well as being let go and not even being interviewed by two other banks I applied for, its been very discouraging. Ive never been this long without a job and need one bad! Good luck to anybody out there fixing to do an interview at a banking institution or somewhere else.

@aaronkimble59356 жыл бұрын
Yes, they will ask the same questions. For entry level positions, such as a bank teller or a crew member, the company has the same set of questions they will ask every candidate. If you do not have prior work experience, you can use examples from schooling or personal life, however work related examples are more effective.

Great job!

@aaronkimble59356 жыл бұрын
Brad, I would say you will experience similar questions. I would encourage you do do research on the company prior to going in for the interview, as it will show a heightened level of interest on your part. The companies will likely ask you what are called "behaviorally oriented questions." This means that they will ask you questions referring to your past experiences, hoping to see how your work ethic would transfer to their company. I would encourage you to think through some examples of times you have had strong customer service, gone above and beyond in your position, or handled sticky situations.

If I'm told in an interview by a company I apply for they "want a diverse and inclusive workplace", I'll get up, fart, and walk out. What that means is they would expect me to use pronouns like she/her with a man named Bob. No thank you!

@0:40 and this fails already. Interviewee does not TELL that he is going to take notes but ASKS permission, i.e.: "Is it OK that I too take notes for my own record?" Once permitted, you may open your 'whatever' and not till then. I'm done with this immediately.

3 min in and not one question about being a teller or working at bank. No talk about finance background. All HR mumbo jumbo.

True. Me and my husband practiced practiced these questions. I personally feel like it was because I was extremely nervous. The good news is I applied at Spirit Airlines for there Flight Attendant position 3 months ago and have t heard a thing yet. I checked my application status and it says I passed the assessment with. 94. I also got a invite to the final hiring interview to see if I get the job 😁😁😁😁
