It's pretty awesome to see the first KZbinr I found when I was looking for more in-depth info on solo RPG play (after Me, Myself, and Die started) giving an overview of the new game from the first designer to give me the solo RPG experience I was looking for. It was about three years ago that I watched your "Easy Ways to be your own GM" video. Im currently playing a bi-weekly, Co-Op Starforged Campaign - been going on for a few months now. It is certainly interesting, as we have some folks that know how to tell a story, others that are better at character RP, some that interpret rules differently than others, etc. And, as usually what happens, the story is far away from what we THOUGHT was going to happen, just thanks to oracle roles, and misses.

Hi, there's an "emotion matrix" in an RPG game called Tenra Bansho Zero - Heaven and Earth Edition for rolling what emotion you feel towards NPC, what emotion that NPC feel towards you, or what emotions feel PCs among each other. I found that very interesting for using in solo RPGs.

It's quite possible to kill your character in 3 scenes. Or you can play a long campaign and not come close. Just depends on how you want to play. If you haven't watched it, check out Bad Spot's Failure 101 video. It's focused on Ironsworn, but the core principles apply.

If I have Ironsworn and Delve already and I really want to play a Horizon Zero Dawn/ Numenera style game solo, would this book help with that? I’ve tried it previously but I stopped because I didn’t enjoy the frequency of converting things like a bear to a machine from horizon, or an asset to a piece of advanced technology through the lens of an ancient civilization.

Unfortunately i have a hard time getting into pbta due the whole moves thing giving me choice paralysis (and the fact that they are rather vague requiring context in the scene) though i may dabble into LUMEN RPGs (which seems to be like pbta genericness wise but more gamey).
