This may seem super weird but I want y'all to know that your journey with this pregnancy has been a perfect window into the healing God has brought to my heart. When I saw the video you posted about the room prep for Tori's podcast I immediately knew y'all were expecting and I actually toss my phone on the sofa I was so upset... We have been trying over 3 years, with a 12 week miscarriage last year at Christmas, and although God has walked with me and comforted me through it, it has been a difficult journey to come to a place where I can be happy for those who "have it easy" (my perception at the time). Moving forward to when y'all officially announced, I literally was crying tears of joy with you! I'm so happy for you. Not just surfice level but truly deeply happy for you, and everyone else around me making announcements. It's just amazing to see how, after months, really years, of praying that God would take my hurt and replace it with joy for others He is bringing that to pass and I can truly be excited to watch your videos as you move through this beautiful season. So so so overjoyed for your family ♡

Oh I can relate to this❤ and so nice of you to share this. Its truly amazing how God can help us heal and find acceptance in the situation and be able to rejoice with and for someone else even in the middle of our struggle. We have been trying for 3 years now. I litterally had the same thought a few minutes ago when I saw the video with Tori taking the test… at first I was feeling down (can add that i got my period today) thinking ’how i wish we also would get pregnant’ thinking back to when they struggled for a year to get pregnant and how happy and touched i was when God blessed them with their first baby but also thinking ’now they already get two, wish it would go that easy for us too’ - but then, in a blink of an eye, these quick thoughts were replaced with an overwhelming feeling of genuine joy and happiness for their sake!!❤ and glad for how the Lord is blessing their sweet family😍🙏 prayed for them and sat here with a big smile🤗 And thanking God He is in control and want the best for all of us; He knows the best timing for each one of us and our unique situations. I will say a prayer for you, for peace in the middle of the longing and Gods perfect timing❤

I don’t have the same story but I can definitely relate to this as well. My son was born a few months before Micah and I think he was just a couple months younger than him when we found out we were expecting our second who I ended up miscarrying. We’ve been trying for several months at this point and I cried so many mixed feelings watching this. I am so happy for their family but my heart does break a little for mine even though I know God’s timing is ultimately the best. I’ll be praying for both of you ❤

I had a biology teacher say one time when it comes to miscarriages that it's nature's or God's how ever you want to look at it way of saying that it knows that little human is not going to survive well enough in the outside world so instead of putting it and those around through that difficulty it just lets it go. In a way it's a blessing. So while yes it's very sad and heart wrenching to have to go through that thinking of it in that way makes it easier at least for me that is.

This probably seems so unrelated but the fact that Tori managed to stay calm and not just tell him made me want to work on my patience and my surprising skills lol. Thanks for sharing the story and the sweet moments with us. Your faith throughout the whole journey has really encouraged me to let go of my plans for my life and give them to the Lord to do what he will.

I told my hubby right then because I was like no freaking way there is a second line on this test....it just can't be. Well there was and I was hyperventilating, smiling from ear to ear, and overly excited! The first thing he said was how old are these tests?
