Yes, absolutely.

@@dipakbari4 Thank You for response. But in that case, even if I know the host`s IP with whom I want to communicate, if I use "telnet ", this command will not work, because the IP used in command is the local IP of that host in his local network and is note reachable from outside of that network.

P.S. my task is to write program or command to send packets or datagrams to the computer which is far away and sure, is not in my LAN
