thank you so much man, i wasn't able to giving ip to the encapsulation due to overlaps with interface ip, and now i know where was my mistake, i should have giving ip to the encapsulation instead of the router interface itself

if you're struggling to find the 'resources' tab like in the video: at the top-left of the website where you can see the Cisco logo, right above it there are 2 tabs. "NetAcad" and "Legacy NetAcad". click on 'legacy' and after it authenticates, you'll see the site like in the video and you can follow along like normal.
