Today we are going to see our Telugu special Brinjal tomato chutney or Tomato vankaya roti chutney recipe in Telugu in Vismai food style. Making of this tomato vankaya roti pachadi is very simple and can be stored up to 3 days in the fridge, It suits best with rice and can use the diluted chutney for dosa , Idli as well. Preparation method Involves making of Menthi karam by frying the Fenugreek seeds with mustard seeds, moong dal, green gram, red Chillies, and green Chillies, post which frying of brinjal pieces, tomatoes and this special menthi karam along with poopu to get the best tasty brinjal tomato chutney.
