Why keep explaining, whether temasek make money or not their top management are still receiving the same salaries and fat bonuses but our local breed whole-life hard-earned stressed n sweat c p f are not return sooner resulting members have to work till they drop in order to survive themselves instead of retiring happily looking after their grandchildren worst every Singaporean especially the middle income and lower income just received their own money of 5k then have to wait another dark long ten years till 65 years old and have to return bit by bit worst than receiving jobless payout before members can be return at 65 years old.

If one only receives 5K at 55 that means the basic retirement sum for retirement age is still insufficient. However, if the sum is sufficient, one may withdraw the excess any time after 55.
