What a competitive spirit, Temi is a fierce competitor. One of my favorite highlights is her block of Bonners inside shot in one of their last home games. It was a statement play and it hyped the Fever, her presence in that game, Indianas first win against the Sun, was impactful. One of her signature shots is the reverse layup, her step through moves, transition buckets running the floor and finishing off of CC’s assists was the epitome of Fever basketball. Wishing you much success playing in Turkey in the offseason and looking forward to you coming back strong next season. Battling and playing through injury is difficult but you left it all on the court in spite of that hardship and challenge. That speaks to your character and dedication to this team, well done 💯

12:40 : Fascinating playing with Temi and Lexi. Temi gets the ball on the left, gets triple-teamed and in the meantime, Lexie subtly moves out of the defender's visual field and then defender moves on Temi only to have pass thrown over head to Lexie who scores for three. Stealth BB!

It was SO ANNOYING that Fagbenle didn't become the starter at power forward when she recovered from injury. The Fever were always better when she was on the floor.

Sometimes Temi can make jump shots, sometimes she's so scared she's a only a big to play a little defense and set screens. Hopefully she can become more like Alanna Smith for Lynx

temi is so underated. I feel like when she is on the court we do not get overpowered by the other teams bigs and that includes wilson. I think temi needs to work on her shooting. But defence wise i always feel safe when she is in the paint. It also allows boston to move a little further from the basket and she can then counter. Boston is not as fast as temi and seems to get left behind on counters when she is under the basket. But temi is rapid

Fever has got a sizable hole to fill losing Temi to the Valkyries. I don't know of any centers that move with her speed and agility running the court and always a menace on defense.

Ok I will keep to the Larry Bird theme. Temi looks like Parish...in basketball style not looks 😅 A big who can run the floor, play defense, and has soft hands. I am comparing these ladies to male players because I have not watched any WNBA before this year or women's college ball. Plus the comparison is appropriate. I have watched plenty of women's soccer and hockey...shout out to the awesome Canadian teams!
