Those carp are tanks. Bending that rod! I went out to Guntersville Lake, Alabama a few times last week. Caught no catfish from the bank. I was using nightcrawlers and cut up bluegill, and nothing. I know catfish will bite in the cold, but seems like they are somewhat dormant here in the winter time. Water is cold. Maybe I'll have some more luck catching some crappie instead. hey man love this video we live in the area. me and my buddy are starting out we mapped out alot of local for urban fishing. I went to Chavez yesterday, saw atleast 8 dead floating Catfishes and there's signs everywhere saying the Gold Algae is killing all the fishes. Wouldn't bother going there anymore.
