What should my resistor values be if I want the fan to start when I get to 50 degrees celsius and to stop when it gets to 35 degrees celsius?

It is a temperature detection project. Here based on the temperature fan will turn on and off. If the temperature is high, fan will turn on else the fan will turn off.
