I tried this build earlier. I switched out squall for cascade for better essence. Squall seems better for pvp. My char doesn’t have that high of resonance or awakening pieces.

I like Cascade too, but some Cascade essences clash with Rolling Surf? Like the Head and Chest?

Hello,how do you think Necro is better than tempest in PVE? Your opinion,which class at this moment best for PVE only for PVE.?

For farming Barb and wiz can farm very faster. Necro has a lot of damage and hence very fast in dungeon. For PvE, summoner builds are doing very good be it any class - Like crusader, necro etc. But you can play any class for PvE, overall all do great

i know im late but my build is better imp, try it out its amazing for farming ow and randos and anything pve related taking out mobs and single targets. skills windedge, this will be your main dmg dealer amd dash skill all in one lol breaker crosswinds casade rolling surf lego items helm- dream and drown chest blessed ashet shoulder Depthsdrawn legs footprints in the abyss main 1 xsaadh dhuth off 1 cyclones call main 2 flooded stream maarozhi spine 2x feasting 4x urges 2x war (just need a filler for the moment lol) lego gems ones and twos only not ranked past 4 vipers everasting blessed fervent fang misery battleguard mothers pain for most normal and blues depending on your seondary stats will be enough. orange monster depending on your damage. breaker first for two zyph and then rolling surf and cascade this will make them mobile to move freely when enemies are around and increase dmg out put. still not enough do the same combo as listed and then crosswinds. this will make them a huge dmg dealer against any boss or monsters. as they shoot projectiles towards all enemies in range. if you have benefical duration on items this will kill most bosses and if not just use the first 3 skills again and bam he dead.

While you're in rolling surf how do you launch 1 more water blade?

Using eternal gear. Rolling surf eternal gear lets you launch that extra water blade.

When you say everyone is using it, that definitely includes Mao and myself, since I copied it from Mao 😂. Great minds think alike, I guess. With an awakening on the chest OR blessed pebble, and stacking enough beneficial effects duration and cooldown reduction, you can get 100% uptime on rolling surf. Then it doesn’t matter which primary attack you use, and any essences for it will be wasted.

You're really missing the mark and harming your output using Squall and Unyielding. Use Cascade with Dream and Drown helm and Fade to Bronze chest. Small mistake but if this is what your server cluster considers perfect and meta, you all need to go back to the training dummy.
