My former-self was super into this concept. The Bible calls us to be sober minded, and the issue often comes with idolatry. I used to smoke everyday, microdosing all throughout the day. It can be easy to make weed an idol, turning to the plant rather than to Jesus with your woes. Sedation is not the same thing as peace. True peace and joy only come from the love of Jesus Christ✨

Honestly, drugs ruined my life. I was doing everything. Spent time in prison etc. Jesus saved my life. One of the first things He put on my heart was to stop doing all drugs. That included weed. He wanted me to be of sober mind. I don’t agree with the people in this video but I certainly won’t send death threats to anyone for living a life that’s not sober. That’s not loving. Spot on! We follow Jesus Christ and He wasn't stoned throughout his ministry. The only people that used substances were the pagan nations that practiced divination, sought after oracles and participated in orgies. The Apostles spoke out against these practices, they were imprisoned and killed for that reason. We are told to be of sound mind, not to be drunkards or involved with rituals. Getting stoned every day is like a ritual, it's a form of worship if you think about it. Next thing these individuals will be saying is that John was stoned out of his bracket when he wrote the book of Revelation. It will get more ludicrous as this movement grows. I'm a Christian of Baptist providence as well. Biblically there is nothing wrong with this. The Bible tells us to be sober-minded, but smoking a little weed or drinking a little alcohol doesn't mean the loss of sobriety, and in many cases, it actually harnesses focus. In the gray areas of life, the Holy Spirit convicts each believer differently. Pot is not for me. I don't like how it makes me feel. But I recognize it hits other people differently. I would only encourage this group to ensure Christ remains the focus, not the weed. Weed is fine if it's a peripheral thing, and not relied upon for worshipping God.

True I feel that way to feel judged because everyone in the church always speaks on their perspective of life. Did people feel like they doing something wrong or sinful but at the end of your life is your life and your experiences of life are your experiences nothing wrong with that you will not go to hell because hell is within the mind will not go to heaven because heaven within the mind. When you begin to balance what is within your own mind nothing worries our thoughts are our own experiences we all have bad or good within us like what everyone says if you forgive the bad side and the good side you are at balance within your life. In life, I have emotional behavior, anger, and a desire not to bother people, but on the flip side, I am kind, nice, and loving, wanting to collaborate with those around me because we all know that balance is more important in life. Like having a balance between our negative and positive thoughts.
