One of my favorite cheeses is Mexican frying cheese. I used to be able to get it at my grocery store, but they stopped selling it. I have not found it anywhere else. You can fry the cheese directly on the skillet, and it holds its shape while browing and melting. There is no need to bread it like other cheeses. I am going to look around and see if i can find it somewhere and order it. Thank you so much for taking me with you. Since i spend 90% of my time alone in my place with Katie the Kitty, going along with you is truly a bright spot in life. I always loved traveling to and exploring all kinds of new places. When traveling with my career, which was a lot, even new small towns i always went to grocery stores and drove around. You can learn a lot about a place from the grocery stores. Being a woman alone, i preferred to pick up food and take it back to my hotel rather than dining out so i both learned and enjoyed my food. Yup, that cheese my kom uses it for grilled cheese. I also like cooking at home then eating out but eventually I will show some places to eat. Oscar, thank you so much from the botton of my heart. I LOVED the tour of the church - it is truly magnificent. The artwork and statuary are breathtaking. Your neighborhood seems a mix of a small town and a city. I think of the legacy left by this wonderful man, and it was enormous. It is too bad that more people are not aware of his life. But, the Father in Heaven was then and still is aware of the work done to help people and to honor Jesus.
