Temporary residence permit for family members of Polish citizens and family members of foreigners

Hello Can you tell me what to do if there was no available times ? I checked all the dates available and non of them showed any times, what to do in this case? And I don't quite get it as I should first go to the office in person then apply online then again to the office with an appointment or since the beginning apply online and not go to the office without an appointment ? Please help me as I'm lost about what to do and my wife tried to call the numbers several times but no one picks up the calls Much appreciated

i have to clarify about the marriage certificate thing, you said it has to be not earlier than 3 months before submitting an application for trc.i am confused.Does it mean my marriage certificate will only be useful after 3 months from the date of issuance before i can apply for the trc? thanks i hope to hear from you

no it means the marriage certificate must be up to date and new (at least 3 months old). If more than that, then it`s considered too old.

If person is married to pole how they can invite? They have to start the process in vivo office?

Can I get temporary resident resedent card in Poland even my visa expire last February.?I apply karta pobytu when my visa is not yet expire .i wait for 4 months until my visa expire already.The office call me last week they can't process it because were not living together with my polish husband.His working in Ireland .But he visit me here in Poland last December ,January and March..I hope you can answer. Thank you.
