Tempur today has nothing to do with the foam they made between 1999 and ca. 2010. Today they come up with new ideas how to leave out the valuable dense foam - or put in just a tiny bit. The Tempur Original from around the Millenium was pumped to the brim with that foam. If you bought one back then, it´d last you 16 years and was a blessing for the body. How greed corrupts a whole company and it´s philosophy, and turns it into lies and customer deception.

The Customer Service, the slow shipping, and trying to get through on the phone, is horrible, but the mattress more than makes up for it. I have the Lux Adapt soft @ 210lbs.

I am in process of evaluating Tempurpedic options and came accross their online outlet. Any takes on 23 VS 24 Luxebreeze? the discount is very substancial (around $1800) and you still get a 10 yr warranty but with no returns. Thank you

Yes, it´s pure trash. Tempur today has nothing to do with the foam they made between 1999 and ca. 2010. It became nothing but the shell of a company. It´s center became greed and profit. Painful to lay on

Find a store nearby and try it for yourself. Tbh, I tried it and didn't think the fans were all that great. You would be fine with the luxebreeze. I don't think its worth the extra $$ imo, but it is subjective. The activebreeze only comes in medium hybrid. I tried both luxzebreeze and active breeze in medium hybrid and didn't notice a big difference with cooling. The fans on the ergo base feel faint, nothing to write home about. Just my $.02

If you have herniated disks this is not the brand for you. I've had two of them my last one was was the most exoensive and collapsed in the middle. After two needs i refuse to ever buy another one. For those of you that are curious if i didn't spend enough time on these breeds i have been sleeping on Temperpedic since 2011 through 2024. That's 13years and every day i regretted the amount i spent. I bought a sleep number which is really what i wish i had the entire time.

I like the soft Tempur-pedic mattresses if that helps anyone. It hugs you nice and has some give too it. The others are too firm imo. I got it down to the 3000k tempur soft and 2 purple beds as my top 3. Medium soft and that purple is 3000k ish as well. But I’m tempted by Rejuvenate plush 16.5 for 5gs though so idk if it’s worth the extra 2k. I feel that mattress has both the softness on top and also the support of the grid system making it best of both worlds. Someone change my mind and save me some money w a better option please 😁

Their customer service is awful!! I bought the bed adjustments. The installer left all the cords hanging under the bed which I didn’t know. My dog chewed the parts. I called and told them, saying I wanted the part even though it wasn’t covered under warranty. They insisted I had to have their tech install in order to send me the part at all, so reluctantly I paid for both! The installer came after convenient scheduling only to him, and then said he couldn’t install it unless I moved the mattress out of the way for him! No prior notice! He left. I called the company back and they sent an email (no live person to talk to to work this out) saying they’d send the part, but no refund on the service even though he did nothing AND the warranty would be void. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they will just take your money and you get very little from them!!!😡😡😡😡
