අපි හැමෝම කැමතියිනෙ වෙනස් වෙනස් ආහාර වර්ග රසවිඳින්න. ජපානය කියන්නෙ විශාල ආහාර සංස්කෘතියක් තියෙන රටක්.අපි මේ බලන්න යන්නෙ ජපන් කෑමක් වෙන "Tempura" හදන හැටි. ඔයා Street Food වලට කැමති නම් Tempura වලට අකමැති වෙන්න විදිහක් නැහැ. Tempura යන්නෙන් අදහස් වෙන්නෙ ගැඹුරු තෙලේ බදිනලද යන්නයි. මේ සඳහා Sea Food වගේම එලවලු වර්ගත් යොදාගන්න පුලුවන්.
තෙම්පුරා හදන හැටි කියල දෙන්නෙ "Shikisen" ආපන ශාලාවෙ ප්‍රධානී සමන් පෙරේරා මහතා.
