Usually with any kit it is best to purchase 2 kits because one kit wont fulfill a good size garland. It is known that professional balloons that are stated at like 11 inch are actually larger than 11 inches because of the need to under inflate for the round shape needed. A kit will give you a barely actual measured 11 inch that when under inflated will measure down to a 10 inch. The kit makers use actual sizes and thats why those garlands are so "skinny" or not as full. If making a kit garland the only suggestions I will give are 1. Do not use outside 2.
