Hi Roxanne. Some how I missed this comment. I don't know if it happens to you, but whenever I get on my laptop and check my youtube there's a bunch of comments I never see on my phone. @lauriewilson4741 could it be the setting on your device? Sometimes it's set to lowest resolution. I just checked and on my phone it's 1080p and it's clear except when the camera is trying to focus.

@lauriewilson4741 sometimes when you watch as soon as it posts the quality is low until it uploads to HD. I'm sorry it wasn't good when you watched 😔. Take care ❤️
