Thanks a lot for the video! Nope I can't find this USB dongle on ebay or Aliexpress, so I'll use my keyboard only via Bluetooth

You're Welcome! Sorry about the dongle, it seems to be hard to find. But maybe one will turn up if you keep checking back on ebay or aliexpress. I don't know if the dongle is paired specifically to an instance of the keyboard though. For instance if you have several such keyboards in an office environment, close to eachother, so that they don't "collide" if more than one is using the dongle mode... It is good that you get at least two BT connections, though.

@DrMBalmer yeap, you are totally right, nice that I can use 2 Bluetooth devices at least. I also noticed that this keyboard works only 3-4 weeks if I use it everyday 1-2 hours per day, is it only in my case? I thought it will be charged for 6 months

@vic2net Do you use backlighting on the keyboard? I find that if I use the keyboard without backlight, a few hours every day, it lasts about 1.5-2 months per charge. With backlight it really drains the cells, and I have to recharge it every 2-3 weeks. Of course, it also depend on the health of the battery - age and number of charge cycles it has gone through. If you got the keyboard used, battery health may be a bit lower perhaps. But there are spare batteries to get online I believe if it gets really bad. But no, I have yet to see 6 months of battery time to believe it. 2 months tops if no backlight is used and keyboard is turned off when not in use. I don't know whether the battery drain is higher or lower over BT vs dongle RF though.

Thanks a lot for the answer, especially for mentioning that your HP 975 discharges in 2-3 weeks with backlight. It seems my keyboard is similar to yours. I'm using it with minimal brightness but with the maximum duration for the backlight set to 30 seconds. I have an MX Master 2S mouse, and it works for 1.5-2 months on a single charge. I thought the keyboard's battery life would be comparable to that. Now, thanks to your reply, I know that the battery life of my keyboard is normal.
