Wonderful haul and so glad TEMU has made it to Canada. That ring light is GREAT!! Hope the fires didn’t cause you too much grief. We were “blessed” with a few days of the smoke residual. Can’t imagine living through that!! I’m in Titusville, FL and we are able to watch the rocket launches out our living room window!!👏☺️

Those socks that have bumpy patches on the bottom are supposed to work with your body heat to keep your feet warm. I've used them for a few years and hey emit a very mild warmth. . I've heard the bumps referred to as being a type of tourmaline.

Any reflexologist worth their salt would tell you to ditch that thing they can actually cause harm because pushing to hard can cause problems. My mom used to say yes they were great - great kindling- and she had multiple reflexology certificates
