I thought that when you cascade, you can choose whether or not you want to cast that spell, and the rules text says "then put all cards exiled this way that weren't cast on the bottom of your library in a random order." Doesn't that mean if you don't cast the last card you exile w/ cascade you could choose to put it back in the deck? It shouldn't matter whether t3feri is out or not no?

I think you're right and all exiled cards would go on the bottom of the library. Cascade: "When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order."
