The immediate outrage from you both is such a mood 😂 the fact that everyone is screaming dance practice, and that the dance practice is *almost* better than the mv, speaks volumes about Ten as a performer. He really is so underrated and I'm so happy the Tennening is happening, he wasn't just put in SuperM as filler, he is transcendent material!

Being Thai, English is actually Ten’s second language and he speaks it fluently (as well as Thai, Korean, Chinese and a bit of Japanese) which is why his accent is so good. He says that he’s more comfortable singing in English so all of his solo stuff has English lyrics.

Fun fact: Ten was a dance mentor and judge on the Chinese dance competition show Great Dance Crew for several months in China last year, which is where "Birthday" and a short version of this dance was first performed a little more than 6 months before this MV was released. This dance also was, at least in part, choreographed by him. Ten is often the one that creates or modifies the most memorable and dynamic parts of NCT/WayV's dances that he is a part of. Therefore, it wouldn't surprise me if it was Ten who came up with or modified that tightrope jump move to create what you see in the MV. Most choreographers say they present Ten with choreography and then he changes it and makes it even better. He is a very skilled choreographer as well, which he has shown off in several self-choreographed performances on NCT's KZbin channels and as a member of SuperM, etc. (SuperM is literally a group of the best dancers, singers, rappers and performers from SM's most popular boy groups. Which I think explains a little of Ten's skill level.) If you check out his 'Birthday' dance practice video and the behind the scenes dance practice video, his behind the scenes of his MV shoot and the behind the scenes of recording the song, you can see just how involved he was with this whole project. Ten actually competed in B-boy competitions when he was younger, so, in his dance practice videos you will see how he incorporated a lot of B-boy moves in this choreography. You can hear him talk about it in his behind the scenes videos and in interviews he has done for this project. And he also has a background in gymnastics. Ten is actually known for being one of the most flexible male idols in the Kpop industry, and there are even compilation videos showing Ten flexing his flexibility and fellow NCT/WayV member WinWin and Ten competing to see who is more flexible, etc. (WinWin has trained in traditional Chinese dance since he was young and is super flexible as well.) This will give you insight into just how respected and talented he really is.

Ten is already an icon this early on his career, I honestly can't wait to see him continue as a soloist because he only gets better with every release! Would love for you to check out some his dance practices at some point (this one in particular) because he's indesputably one of the best in the industry. Taemin (the legend that he is) has been praising him since early on in Tens career, with good reason!

Ten attended an English Intenational School (Shrewsbury) in Bankok, Thailand. That is why he speaks English. The man speaks Thai, Eng, Korean, Cinese (Mandarine) ,and learning/know some Japanese.

Love that you explore TEN highly recommended "Nightwalker" /"TEN performances film :10" / "Lie with you" In his solo debute album (All in English) , TEN want to explore wide ranges of music genres, so he and team come up with 10 personalities concept via various songs which prove his versatility. The performance film : features 2 songs Water on Latin pop (he was so fluid flirty 😊☺️) , Dangerous like 90 Michael Jackson like styles (He was so sexy, on fire). On the others hand "Lie with you" was more retro pop which he was so cute, boyfriend vibe😊)

Absolutely THE SEXIST artist since Prince! (Prince was pure sexy in human form and talk about androgynous!) And his falsetto matches Prince's, too! TEN definitely has some great work, and his recent solo comeback he's stellar. All the songs connect and tell a story. You have to watch the prequel for his album to see how they're connected. I also love him in WAVY...but then, I really like WAVY's work (period)...especially "Phantom" and when it comes to blending genres and coming up with a masterpiece song, "On My Youth". I watched those two songs at least 60+ times!!! The songs themselves are so haunting they get stuck in your head! "Phantom" has the crazy visuals (based on "Phantom of the Opera" including the famous chandelier); and "On My Youth" made me cry it's so intense. But going back to TEN, WAVY's MVs wouldn't be as awesome without him. His dance moves are mesmerizing!! I could watch him move all day every day! AMAZING dancer.
