Thanks for the inspiration! This encouraged me today to try something new in our virtual retrospective: monitors off, grab a cup of tea, sit on the sofa and just talk. The team seemed to like it.

I think connected to no.10, show the team the impact of previous actions taken. There’s nothing like showing the value of the retrospective.

Great Tips. It is so obvious that the Retros become pale if not changed.

Agree with most of those. We tried pub but did to much drinking and not enough retro. Totally agree with changing format, I try a different pattern each meeting.

You talked about data and data points ,what kind of data are you referring to.
@InspectAdaptLtd3 жыл бұрын
Hi there Ope. Data can be anything really - hard or soft, quantitative or qualitative. Most of the great teams I have been lucky to be part of our observe have done kind of data that they reflect upon. One team may be interested in the difference in cycle time of product backlog items when working independently or in pairs, another may be interested in the amount of time spent fixing bugs compared to working on new features. Often the most eye opening thing is to look at what actually happened compared to what we “felt” or “assumed” happened.
