I love your capsule wardrobe. Classy and nice quality items that mix and match well. I am a big fan of thrifting for nice items and eBay. I bought black Hunter rain boots on eBay that look brand new for $24!!!

I really enjoyed this video! I love seeing different styles, and what great classic looks that seem very practical. Inspiring! I think if I do a capsule I’ll have to embrace the fact that I gravitate to athleisure, but I do have quality pieces I gravitate toward and really like my Patagonia vests and sweaters, as well as their summer baggie shorts. I still like the classic look of jeans and a black shirt. I have not found a pair of jeans or brand of jeans that I absolutely love yet.. search is still on!

I love that you have solid colors for most of your items (with the exception of stripes, love stripes!)! I see so many crazy patterns or really loud colors and that’s just not my style anymore. It’s nice that you found some of these thrifted, there is such a thrill when you find something awesome! You definitely look like a smart and put together mom with your capsule.

You could do so much with those pieces! I'd love the white shirt under any of the crew neck sweaters with jeans or black pants and the booties. It's a look I wear a lot because it's nice enough for work but also meeting a friend or going out to dinner with my hubby. I don't do a capsule wardrobe but I have my clothes divided into "uniforms". Basically it's a few pieces I wear (and mix up) for a certain occasion. Yes on opaque tights with the dress, at least with the booties. With the ballet flats the sheer tights would work. I love your style! :)

Everything looks great! I love the classic style of your choices. White blouses are always great even after Labor Day. It’s more bottoms, bags, shoes and I think dresses that we are supposed to avoid, gotta love old style “rules”.

Lovely outfits! We have a similar colour palette. I love to throw in green year round too. I think a more solid tight would suit your dress & boot outfit. When I wear booties with dresses in the colder weather, I use black leggings with black socks tucked into them, then the booties. No one sees the socks. Thankyou for the effort you took in filming this for us.

The stockings are nice, you have beautiful legs to show of. Stockings make it look more classic. Thighs will look good as well and will make the outfit look more modern. So both work depending on what look you want to go for….and what you feel comfortable in.
