Your ability to stay stable on a bike, on a steep section, at low speed or complete stops is impressive. Did you ever specifically practice stability or did you just get that from riding a lot?
@ddangerousddave
@ddangerousddave 2 жыл бұрын
I rode trials at a high level for ~17 years which has translated into very good technical/slow speed ability. High speed riding, jumping, cornering are still a work in progress though :)

3:45 A steezy side hop to the left off of that boulder (nose to tail fashion) could be an interesting solution in that instance. Your background gives you that one all day long. What I didn’t get here I got at the exit off the concrete barrier skinny. Styles for miles!

I’m not sure if I’m right or not, but it looked like maybe these were your first rides of Roach Clip and Hit? If so, what I find amazing (aside: well, everything you do on a bike is amazing!) is that for a stretch of maybe a minute starting around the 5 minute mark (after you scoped out that jump line), you were just ripping through those trails. I don’t know how you do that on an unfamiliar trail like that (assuming it actually is unfamiliar). Crazily impressive! Oh, and that barrier ride was insane!

How are you liking the ebike in comparison to the sight ? Would love to hear your feedback between the two, currently debating whether or not to get an ebike to add to the fleet. LOVE the channel, keep it up!
@ddangerousddave
@ddangerousddave 2 жыл бұрын
Great addition to the fleet, but I wouldn't want it as my only bike. There's a trade-off between quality and quantity of riding when it comes to riding a ~53lb ebike, but I really do enjoy having it as an option.
