I will eventually have to buy a full bottle but right now I only wear it on the weekends. I love patchouli, at first spray it seems like a bit much but I agree that the dry down is the magic! Happy New Year Chris! Just want to let you know how you’ve influenced my life: my bottle of Cremo Spice and Black Vanilla was denting too fast and I learned my 23 yr old son was secretly wearing it! So his stocking this year was stuffed with everything from the line in that scent plus his own bottle of the fragrance. He was so happy! Also, CHABAUD’s Lait De Vanille…if they could figure out how to improve the sillage and longevity, I truly believe people would pay top dollar and it could take over Tihota’s Indult as the King of Vanilla’s. It’s really that beautiful. I’m so glad you recommended it.

I also want to say if Chabaud ever releases a beast mode version of Lait De Vanille, they should really do it in collaboration with you. I don’t know anyone who has put that one on the map like you have. Releasing a beast mode version would be giving the people what we want and you’d be the perfect person to announce it.

Coromandel is perfection. I have Ivory Route and Santal Basmati on my wish list. The old Michael was fabulous. I love a "banana tuberose". Milky Musk is probably my favorite Sandalwood. In 2023 I really enjoyed Amarige, Blanche Bete, Mixed Emotions, Gris Charnel, Leisure in Paradise, Sudu Te, MM Russian Tea, Valaya, Creme de Cuir, and Tiger By Her Side! I could list so many more!

Hi, Chris! Can't believe you bumped Cuir Beluga! I must wear it more often than you. I also wear one that smells similar to Cuir Beluga me, Shalimar Millesime Tonka. At least 3 Guerlains from the A&M line on are on my top 10 for life: Bois D'Armenie, Cuir Beluga, Tonka Imperiale. I also just love Ivory Route, and I just got it this year, as I was avoiding hype around it a couple of years ago, but I love it, too. I don't think I can really pick just 10, but I don't have to since I'm not making a video, ha ha! Happy New Year!

@@ThePerfumeNest Yeah, I think if you love Ivory Route you'd also be into Tonka Imperiale. They don't smell alike, but there's a similar vibe of something a little strong or strange at first spray but the drydown is to die for! And of course Bois D'Armenie is a must try for you, as we have discussed. My faves of the A&M line don't include the most hyped one, Spiriteuse, though I really like it, but I just love woody vanillas and complicated vanillas.

I wish I had Baby Cat or at least smelled it, but I do have Chanel Coromandel, even though mine is the EDT so it is sans white chocolate, but I still love it. Tonight for New Years’ Eve, which I am once again (after many other eves) spending by myself while 😢🎉wearing Roja’s Creation-E and drinking a glass of Prosecco, while waiting for the ball to fall in Times Square. They showed photos of all the famous people who died in 2023, and there were lots of them, some of whom like Tony Bennett, who left his heart in San Francisco. Thank god he did not live long enough to see that the beloved and beautiful San Francisco is now a hell hole. Sorry for being long- winded but again want to thank you for all your videos and your beautiful demeanor.

Hi, beautiful! Oh, by the way, Jomashop got a bottle of Jimmy Choo Vanilla Love *finally* but it's just under $100 so out of my price range, darn it. You got such a bargain when you found it there! Oh, well, so many perfumes, so little $$, LOL. I'll be happy with my dupe oil until I come across a less expensive bottle (if ever). I love Coromandel and so does my husband but unfortunately doesn’t last on me more than 2 hours. I went to the boutique and told them, they suggested to use it along the body oil. They made me try it, walked around the mall and same thing. In 2 hours was gone. For the price it should have a better lasting power in my opinion.

are you sure the packaging changed for the CL bottles? i see they released new 50 ml bottles which they all look the same for all the scents but the big 90 ml bottles still have the same design as the used to like the one you have here for loubirouge

Yes the new 50 ml bottles all have a generic silver cap. They don’t have all of the interesting designs and characters.
