The PS1 has SUCH an extensive library and it's one of my favorites to collect for. This was a great list and I really hope to see a part 2 😁

Definitely. The PS2 era gets the most praise (at least from what I've seen and heard), but not a single console to date has topped the PS1 for me.

Most of the game I know about already, but I've either only played them off of demo discs back in the days, or I only seen them in game magazines. Never got to play or own a full game. You really have exquisite taste in games to form lists like these. Kudos to you.

Brave Fencer Musashi is one game that I tried with the demo disc along my PS1, I wanted to play it badly but couldn't find it that easily. When I managed to grab a copy, it was love at first sight. One of my favorite games in the entirety of the PS1 library, no doubt. Thank you for the video!

As an FYI, the PAL version is superior to the NTSC as it has more content and extra British insults and curses. Sean it could be another entire series comparing the differences in game region releases.

I think Musashi is pretty well known, more than Tread of Fate, for example. Hogs of War, I don't know if call it a hidden gem, but is fun; also Sheep Rider and Looney Toons back in Time ( if I remember well the name).
@joseibanez2274 жыл бұрын
Leandro Franco Ramirez, Hogs of war (Marranos en guerra) is an absolute favorite of mine and a good party game too. Kind of 3D worms type, it has aged badly in terms of graphics and controls (as most 3D games in PS1) but it’s extremely fun and I like its humor.

Hmm. As someone who's seen a lot of the Saiyuki anime and the Saiyuki-derivative Dragonball, a different take on the story, with me controlling it? I am intrigued. ---- Brave Fencer Musashi - Oh yeah! Probably one of my favorite rentals that I wish I bought. One of those cultural jokes that pops up everywhere it seemed. Musashi was a legendary swordsman who showed up late to a duel with Kojiro. People who played this game know that Kojiro makes an appearance here as well, however their names are also the Japanese names for our forever-blasting-off duo of Jessie and James from Pokémon.
